The 2nd TPM of the KIDSWELL Project took place on 15–16 July 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, hosted at the facilities of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University (UKSW).
This meeting marked a significant milestone for the project, as it was the first opportunity for the partner organizations to meet in person. The face-to-face interaction greatly contributed to building mutual trust, strengthening collaboration, and laying a solid foundation for a successful partnership. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to the project’s objectives and actively engaged in planning the upcoming steps of the implementation.
Key highlights of the meeting included:
WP1 – Project Management:
Review and refinement of the project’s governance structures, enhancement of the Risk and Quality Management Plan, and final confirmation of the timeline for submitting the Interim Report by the end of October 2025.
WP2 – Holistic School Approach:
Presentation and validation of the final results from national focus groups and peer review sessions, alongside the official endorsement of the newly developed Competence Framework, which will inform the upcoming project deliverables.
WP3 & WP4 – Kick-off:
Launch of the development phase for both the Educational Toolkit and the Empowerment VR Game. The partners agreed on the deliverables, defined quality checkpoints, and assigned responsibilities for the next phase of work.
WP5 – Dissemination:
Evaluation of progress on the dissemination strategy, including digital outreach through social media, stakeholder engagement activities, and the planning of future events to ensure maximum project visibility and impact.
This collaborative and productive meeting was made possible thanks to the warm hospitality of UKSW and the enthusiastic participation of all partner representatives. The shared vision, professional dedication, and constructive dialogue that took place in Warsaw, set the tone for a fruitful and effective collaboration throughout the KIDSWELL project.
